At Heatlab, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you change your mind or your item is faulty, we’re here to help.
1. Returns for Unwanted Items (Change of Mind)
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any unused and unopened item for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition you received it.

Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email) must be provided.

Return postage costs for unwanted items are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
2. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@heatlab.uk with:

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos or videos showing the problem
We’ll cover return postage for faulty or incorrect items and offer either a replacement or full refund once verified.
3. Exclusions
We cannot accept returns for:

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery (unless faulty)

Items that have been used, altered, or damaged through misuse

Gift cards or digital downloads
4. How to Return an Item

We’ll provide the correct return address and reference number to ensure your refund is processed smoothly.
5. Your Legal Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If an item is faulty, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement depending on the circumstances.
